The process involves registering a legal business entity and then using it to sponsor your work permit and temporary residency card (TRC). The result is being allowed to stay for up to 2 years, with the option to renew, and the ability to work as a self-employed business owner or hire others.

How We Do It
Needs Assessment
Join us for a discovery call so that we can learn about your goals and determine the best legal course of action.
Gather Documentation
Send us all relevant documents and personal information needed to make the appropriate legal filings.
Investor & Enterprise Registration
We submit filings on your behalf, giving you regular updates along the way. Once complete, you receive an investor registration certificate (IRC) and enterprise registration certificate (ERC), proving that you are legally an investor and business owner in Vietnam.
Tax Registration & Business Bank Account
We set up your online tax reporting system and assist you with opening a company account for your business.
Achieve Temporary Residency
Backed by your newly formed enterprise, we obtain a working visa and work permit for you, after which we acquire a temporary resident card. You’re now all set to live and work here.
Ongoing Compliance
If you wish, we can assist you to meet ongoing compliance requirements such as tax declarations, investment reports, contract drafting, and provide further legal consultancy as needed.
