Sample Coordination & Audit
Our team coordinates production samples and conducts a pre-production inspection to identify any potential quality issues at an early stage. We analyze the manufacturer in order to select the best fit in terms of pricing, quality, capacity, and compliance.
Manufacturer Selection & Production Run
Based on our insights and your feedback, we make a final supplier selection and oversee the initial production run, during which we will regularly be on-site to conduct production inspections (DUPRO) and provide you with updates to ensure the production timeline stays on schedule.
Quality Assurance
We run a rigorous pre-shipment inspection (PSI) on the finished product to ensure it meets acceptable quality limit (AQL) standards.
Logistics Coordination
We conduct a final container loading check (CLC) to verify that all inventory is accounted for and packaged correctly before shipment. Then we arrange transportation to your intended destination and handle customs clearance upon arrival.
